2008 Summer Show:

BANDED TOGETHER

The Striped Aesthetic in the Southwest and Beyond

Our annual August exhibition and sale will feature Native North American antiques whose driving theme is based on the aesthetic of bands and stripes. This design principle was shared and admired across the continent and it appears on a variety of objects. Highlights from the show will include Plains bead- and quillwork, Southwestern textiles, as well as fine baskets from California and the Southwest.

Saturday, August 16th, 6-8pm
